NCCWC, members of panels of chairmen of delegate groups meet

YANGON, 22 Feb — A coordination meeting between the National Convention Convening Work Committee and members of panels of chairmen of respective delegate groups took place at Nyaunghnapin Camp in Hmawby township this morning.

It was attended by Chairman Chief Justice U Aung Toe, Vice Chairman Attorney General U Aye Maung, Secretary U Thaung Nyunt and members and members of panels of chairmen representing the delegate group of political parties, delegate group of representatives-elect, delegate group of national races, delegate group of peasants, delegate group of workers, delegate group of intellectuals and intelligentsia, delegate group of State service personnel and other invited delegates.

Chairman U Aung Toe presided over the meeting and Joint Secretary-1 U Khin Maung Myint acted as master of ceremonies. Chairman U Aung Toe explained that among the suggestions made by respective National Convention delegates, ones that are beneficial to the State and its people are needed to seek approval of all the delegates for the power sharing of legislation. Next, those present at the meeting also took part in the discussion, and the meeting ended with concluding remarks by the chairman.
