Members of the delegate group of Intellectuals and Intellgentsia unanimously support all the 28 detailed basic principles for the legislation of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, the 19 detailed basic principles for the legislation of the Pyithu Hluttaw and Amyotha Hluttaw, and the 23 detailed basic principles for the legislation of the Region and State Hluttaws (14 - 1 - 2006)

 

19 legislative functions of the Pyithu Hluttaw or the Amyotha Hluttaw are harmonious with each other, reasonable, and satisfactory, and are presented in accord with three noblest and worthiest of worldly values (13 - 1 - 2006)

 

 

The bills approved by the Amyotha Hluttaw shall be forwarded to the
Pyithu Hluttaw for holding discussions and making a decision

“The Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Speaker shall convene a special session or an emergency session of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw soonest when the President informs the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Speaker to convene a special session or an emergency session of the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw” is appropriate  (12 - 1 - 2006)

   

As the delegate group find the 19 points explained by the Work Committee Chairman complete and comprehensive, it sees them appropriate for the Constitution (12 - 1 - 2006)

   
All the delegates of the group after making discussions have agreed all the 28 detailed basic principles for legislation of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw, 19 detailed basic principles for legislation of Pyithu Hluttaw and Amyotha Hluttaw and 23 detailed basic principles for legislation of Region and State Hluttaws

If both the Pyithu Hluttaw and the Amyotha Hluttaw decide to annul
or amend any one of the rules, regulations or bylaws, it shall be presumed that the rules, regulations or bylaws are annulled or amended by the Pyidaungsu Hluttaw
